Smoked duck breast, with pomegranate, orange and a blackcurrant puree

Silent Pool Gin cured salmon, avocado mousse, poached egg and toast

Stuffed Kapia pepper filled with courgette, aubergine and haloumi with a beetroot puree


Roast turkey stuffed with a chestnut, sage and pork stuffing, served with duck fat roasted potatoes, parsnip and carrots with turkey gravy (available for children £7.00)

Jacob’s Ladder rib of beef served with horseradish mash, gravy, roasted parsnips and carrots

Lamb shank served with duck fat roasted potatoes, parsnips and carrots with a minted jus

Butternut squash and sweet potato risotto, served with crispy wild mushroom (available for children £4.50)

Salmon en-croute with dauphinoise potatoes, butter carrots and green beans served with a dill and white wine sauce


Mulled wine panna cotta served with cinnamon shortbread

Chocolate strawberry tart served with mince pie ice-cream

Cinnamon profiteroles served with an orange cream and drizzled with dark chocolate
